This luxurious 4 bed/3 bath villa is located on the prestigious gated community of Emerald Island Resort just 15 minutes from Disney and 5 mins from shops and restaurants. We are 30 mins drive from Orlando International Airport. We are situated 15 minutes from Disney and local shops & amenities are just around the corner. Emerald Island Resort is one of the closest communities to the theme parks. Whilst staying in our home you can benefit from all the facilities of Emerald Island Resort, including kids play areas, volleyball, tennis courts, gym, cyber cafe, bar, nature trails & much more. The comfortable lounge area has ample seating, 42" Plasma cable TV with Roku streaming. In the lounge there is a 3 seat sofa and a love seat with views of the pool and deck The home has WIFI internet access. Just bring your laptop. The villa has 2 King size master bedrooms, both en-suite. Both have 22" Flat screen TVs with Roku streaming The main master bedroom has patio doors leading out to the spacious pool deck and also pool door from the master bathroom. The home also has 2 twin bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. Both rooms have a 22" Flat screen TV with Roku streaming All bedrooms have walk in wardrobes. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with Fridge/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal and all other usual gadgets. There are also a washing machine and dryer, iron and board if needed. The pool area has an extended deck, and although not south facing still enjoys the sun all day from early morning. The pool can be heated at extra cost. For your safety there is a fence round the pool and alarms fitted to all doors leading to the pool and deck. We have a games room installed with a billiard table and foosball which should keep the kids happy when spending time in the villa. There is a $20 resort fee payable at the clubhouse on arrival.
